Reception is open from 08:00 to 18:30 on weekdays (excluding bank holidays), but please note that the front door is locked between 13:00 and 14:00 (the phones are still open during those times)
Hand-delivered letters or paper prescription requests can be posted into the box on the wall by the front door when reception is closed.
