We usually require that patients attend the surgery in person, bringing a form of photo ID with them to confirm their identity.
However, in view of the current Coronavirus Outbreak we are currently working on a solution to this that preserves data security whilst avoiding the need to attend the surgery in person. If you are seeing or speaking to your GP who knows you you can request that they register you.
Once you have been given your user name and password you will be able to log in through the online portal or on one of the compatible Android or Apple phone apps
Please be advised due to patient confidentiality and maintaining security we can only give out your user name and password to you, not family members. You can request proxy access to someone else's online account if you look after them (such as your children) or are otherwise legally entitled to act on their behalf (such as with a Lasting Power of Attorney).
