Talking therapies are proven to be effective for treating problems with low mood, anxiety and panic symptoms. This is provided locally by "Steps 2 Wellbeing". This is a free service that you can access without a referral from your GP. Click here for more information

Covid Urgent Eye Care Service

Several local opticians provide a free NHS service for acute eye problems including red eye, sore/painful eye, foreign body, dry eye, flashers and floaters, lid problems and visual field disturbance.
