If you are seeing or speaking to your GP who knows you, you can request that they register you. Alternatively, please speak to reception.
Once you have been given your user name and password you will be able to log in through the online portal or on one of the compatible Android or Apple phone apps
Please be advised due to patient confidentiality and maintaining security we can only give out your user name and password to you, not family members. You can request proxy access to someone else's online account if you look after them (such as your children) or are otherwise legally entitled to act on their behalf (such as with a Lasting Power of Attorney).
If you encounter any difficulties with obtaining your user name and password please contact the reception team.
