As the Coronavirus Outbreak develops, your GP surgery may have to deal with a surge in patient demand. We also need to be prepared to cope with staff absence. Help us to maintain an efficient and effective service to you by being aware of all the ways below you can access help from us. We have remained open throughout the pandemic. GP practices are being given advice by NHS England as to how best to maintain our services to patients whilst minimising the risk of exposing patients and staff to infection. We have had to change how we normally work but please be reassured that we are here for you.
Urgent Same Day Problems
During our normal opening hours please ring reception on 02380 555776 for urgent problems that require a same-day response. During out-of -hours please ring 111. Please do not turn up at the surgery without having contacted us first.
Online advice and information
NHS 111 online is a tool that allows you to get advice about your specific symptoms
The main NHS website has a wealth of information and advice
Healthier Together is a website with lots of expert advice & guidance for parents who are worried about their child's health
eConsult
E-Consult is an online consultation tool that allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker. You may receive a response from the GP electronically or by phone. In many cases issues can be dealt with without the need to come to the surgery.

Your online account allows you to do many things without the need to phone or visit the surgery:

book appointments - please note, during the Coronavirus Outbreak, in line with NHS England advice, we are only offering online booking of telephone appointments to reduce the risk of patients attending the surgery when infected
